PuraVita Medical First to Receive FDA 510(k) Certification of U.S. Made, ASTM Level 3 KN95 Face Mask
LINDON, UTAH – Feb 2nd, 2022 – PuraVita Medical received FDA 510(k) certification for its made-in-the-U.S. KN95 ASTM Level 3 face masks. When the coronavirus pandemic started, face masks were in such high demand that many untested or counterfeit masks made their way into the market. PuraVita Medical recognized the supply-chain issues and lack of high-quality masks, and immediately began developing a high quality, medical-grade face mask that would help protect people from an array of airborne viruses and bacteria and help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
