One notable difference from other blockchain-based decentralized cloud projects is that Plan Flash designed an economic system structure contains of Providers and Renters, which plays an important role to accelerate the deployment of cluster-fog structure computing resources globally in a large scale.

All the providers in other projects take most all the revenue as well as risks if no task distributed to them. In exchange, all the fee paid by consumers would go directly to the renters’ wallet. If the provider is confident with its node, he/she could also rent the processors in its node and take all income.

All task and revenue records are completely on-chain and online. Plan Flash is built on Ethereum and S Block with cross-chain technologies. Plan Flash applies a step-by-step upload-on-chain approach to ensure decentralized documentation of all records. High-frequent task records and incomes records will be synchronized at all times on a side chain of S Block, while income settlement will adopt SBO (ERC20 Token) issued on Ethereum to ensure the disclosure of capital settlement on the upper chain. All information can be viewed and verified from time to time through the block browser.

3. Data-Processing-based PoS system allows to ensure the reliability of the partner.

Task assignment, computation validation, and expense allocation algorithms are deployed on Blockchain with consensus of Data-Processing-based Delegated Proof of Stake (2DPoS in short) as a side chain of S Block. This consensus method comprehensively measures historical task requesting, computing power provision and data processing quality contribution, etc. Such factors reflect a time-weighted contribution of Plan Flash network. Thus, Plan Flash prevents bribery or ballot rigging which DPoS mechanism are faced with, meanwhile enjoying the advantage of high TFS of classical DPoS structure.
