The Think Tank Provides Tutoring for Students Needing Classroom Assistance.
Students who traditionally needed help in the classroom are now more challenged with many schools utilizing an online format resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Micheal Wilson, the founder of The Think Tank, is helping students pivot towards success in 2021. The Think Tank provides unprecedented tutoring services to help elevate a student’s learning experience with an outcome for success. In the past, The Think Tank traditionally helped students who were in underserved communities. However, as a result of the COVID-19 crisis and parents learning how to navigate at-home classroom settings, The Think Tank is seeing an uptick in need.

“The one on one support is gone because a student is not spending hours in a traditional school setting with teachers being able to look for social cues or have time for one-on-one education sessions to meet each student’s learning needs. The Think Tank has always been about empowering one’s self through education and providing extra support. Now, we are expanding upon that philosophy providing additional educational opportunities and tutoring to students experiencing difficulty with class content,” said Michael Wilson.

The Think Tank brings over 15 years of combined education and tutoring experience to the table and has been opened as a black-owned business since 2017. The Think Tank provides a wide range of services including test preparation, group learning sessions, one-on-one sessions, online tutoring, and much more. Tutoring sessions are also available 7 days a week to accommodate any scheduling need. On average, over forty percent of students in America were failing their classes at the end of 2020 because of a shift in the education culture due to the pandemic. The Think Tany delivers high-quality and results-driven solutions with a goal for superior student outcomes.

“There are many reasons a student may need a tutor. People have a negative association with the word tutor, they think it means failure. It does not. It means opportunity and proactivity. Someone who realizes a challenge and meets it should feel accomplished for taking action to better equip themselves, or their child, for the real world,” finished Wilson.
