Pamela Stambaugh is a seasoned advisor and coach to executives, emerging leaders, and senior HR professionals. As President and Founder of Accountability Pays Inc. for over 30 years, she provides leadership advisory services and appropriate assessments to large and middle-market company executive teams nationwide.

Pamela’s professional priority is bringing accountability — people metrics that matter and are actionable — to leadership by pre-testing and post-testing to quantify its effectiveness. Her interest in people and the impact of dynamics between them comes naturally, having been raised by an Episcopal minister and psychologist in Wyoming.

Pamela holds an MBA from the University of San Diego (USD). She has worked globally with senior executives including as a Vistage Chair in San Diego. Pamela has co-authored two business books and is a Managing Partner of Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions.

Accountability Pays Inc. has been selected for the 2019 San Diego Awards in the category of Business Management Consultant.  As an active member of the San Diego community, Pamela is a past chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum and currently chairs the Distinguished Speaker Series at the University Club. She also mentors an MBA student each year at her Alma Mater, USD.

Pamela’s hobbies include photography and writing, and a particular kind of collaging called “Soul Collage.” She also enjoys physical activities such as Pilates and swimming and drinking fine wines with her husband Larry.
