AVOXI Rolls Out Expanded Virtual Phone Number Coverage in Asia

The latest release includes first-time coverage of digital phone numbers in Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and several cities in India. New customer acquisition from accounts based in APAC increased over 1,000% between Q2 2018 and Q2 2019. In 2018, AVOXI established additional network infrastructure in the region with a new Point-of-Presence located in Hong Kong.
AVOXI has been steadily adding local customer-facing representatives and strategic leadership dedicated to the region, including a new Commercial Director of APAC, Alvin Ho. In 2019, AVOXI added 6 Indian cities to their online inventory, becoming one of the only international carriers offering local coverage in India.
Other notable achievements stemming from AVOXI’s 2019 expansion initiative include the return of virtual numbers in Seoul, South Korea, as first-time availability of local virtual numbers from dozens of Chinese cities.
