Cardiff International White Water is the UK’s very first on-demand Olympic standard White-Water Rafting and Indoor Wave Facility. Cardiff International White Water (CIWW) is located in the heart of the International Sports Village in Cardiff.

As mentioned above, CIWW offers white water rafting facilities. The white-water course is 250m long and designed for rafts, canoes and kayaks. There are pumps up to 16 cubic metres of water per second, and then they can alter the flow and water level of the course to cater for beginners and experts.
There is also the indoor wave facility – which from the name itself sounds so exciting. Cardiff International White Water holds an indoor wave simulator machine called Flow Rider. This unique water experience allows you to ride jets of water using a bodyboard. There is also a double lane design which allows two people to bodyboard at the same time, so you can bring your friend along and bodyboard together. A superb facility for anyone interested in trying something new or if you love the thrill of riding waves but not out in the ocean.
Cardiff International White Water offers a great day out for family and friends.
