Yoga Book by Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal & Chandan Agarwal
Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal had the privilege of presenting his book on Yoga written jointly by his son Chandan Agarwal to the Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal, Shri Keshari Nath Ji Tripathi on Sunday, 14th July 2019 at ICCR Auditorium, Kolkata.
A concise book on Yoga has been written by Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal & Chandan Agarwal and published by Pragyan International University, Ranchi. The book contains easy and simple yogic postures, breathing techniques and ancient meditation methods to gain peace and harmony as well as a healthy body and sound mind. The book is illustrated with several photographs to understand the practices in a better way.

Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal is the President of World Yoga Foundation and a highly qualified holistic medical practitioner duely licensed by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. He has travelled several countries around the world to promote and propagate complementary and traditional systems of medicines.
Chandan Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession and philanthropist and advocate of Yoga. He holds master degree in Yoga & Naturopathy as well. Chandan Agarwal is the CEO of Pragyan International University, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
The book was also presented to Shri Raghuvar Das, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand previously in a separate function.
